Mr. Madina is the Sr. Gulf Coast Policy Officer for Oxfam America is featured in the Documentary VANISHING PEARLS, about the African American fishermen in Louisiana who have not been made whole by BP. He’s well versed on the current state of the fishing communities as well as the politics surrounding recovery.
