Cut to the chase. I have a marvelous play that I’ve never performed. It was written at the behest of a friend of mine and it’s about the 9/11 conspiracy/clusterf**k. I call it that because I was left with a certain feeling of lack of…information post 9/11 when the Commission report came out. How can I explain?
Anyway, we’re coming up on the 14th anniversary of that awful day. And there are two things I wanna promote here:
First and foremost, my FB pal Author Jon Gold is pushing a petition to demand that the 28 pages of the Commission report that were redacted be un-redacted. These pages apparently cover known foreign involvement in the 9/11 conspiracy including the Saudis. I doubt that the un-redacted pages will provide enough detail for prosecutions, but I think we deserve to know what happened and what the 9/11 Commission thinks happened.

Part TWO
I don’t mean to toot my own horn here, but I wrote a damn fine play about the 9/11 events for a friend who wanted to do a one-man show. I finished the play and the gigs fell through. But if you’re interested in reading it (or producing it), I’ll be putting it up over the anniversary. It’s entitled 10 BLOCKS NORTH OF THE ROCK PILE. Watch this space.
In the meantime, here are the articles I’ve posted about 9/11 that might be of interest:
Sign the petition, though.
